This position will also perform machine procedures and processes.\nShift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am\nResponsibilities\nAdditive (3D Printer) Manufacturing Technician Duties and Responsibilities\nOperate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints ensuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs, chemical handling in certain areas and forms are being used\nUse microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts\nInspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements\nKnow and understand & Quality Management System (QMS) & ensure requirements are met\nWillingness to cross-train in multiple manufacturing areas \nComplete all training requirements in a timely manner\nComplete job-related paperwork to include quality history records, setup sheets, checklists and process rate charts\nKnow and follow all safety policies, procedures, and practices \nAccurately record and report quantities, process parameters, and hours worked into ERP system\nSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements\nRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work\nParticipating in required company meetings \nMaintain an organized work area (5S)\nParticipate in the Operational Excellence Program \nComplete all other work duties as assigned\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment\nQualifications\nAdditive (3D Printer) Manufacturing Technician Qualifications\nAbility to collaborate and assist team members, provide input to the area lead, and attend and participate in meetings\nAbility to cross train in other areas of production when required\nAbility to use basic hand tools, basic measurement equipment, and production processes\nMicrosoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills \nAttention to detail\nOrganizational skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nAbility to prioritize and multitask\nrms Company Benefits\nAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.\n\nPay Range\nUSD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
