If you have hands-on deburring and blasting experience, an eye for part quality, and the patience to get the small details right, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work in medical device manufacturing.\n4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00am to 5:00pm (eligible for shift differential)\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nPerform deburring, blasting, and other finishing operations to meet part specifications, with close attention to edges, surfaces, and small features.\nInspect components for burrs, inconsistent finishes, and other quality concerns using visual inspection and tools such as microscopes and gauges.\nOperate assigned equipment safely, verify materials and part quality, and promptly report equipment or process concerns.\nDocument production activities and quality checks accurately and completely.\nMaintain a clean, organized work area while following safety procedures and applicable ISO and medical device quality requirements.\nCross train and support other production activities, including machine operation, assembly, and packaging, as needed.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements\nPrevious hands-on deburring experience is required. Blasting experience is a plus.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and follow written instructions in English.\nBasic math skills, strong hand-eye coordination, and dexterity for working with components.\nAbility to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.\nClear verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic computer skills\nDesirable Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or cleanroom experience.\nFamiliarity with FDA, ISO, cGMP, Lean manufacturing, or workplace safety practices. \nExperience working with microscopes or inspection tools.\nrms Company Benefits\nAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
