In close collaboration with the assigned account manager, this role supports the execution of sales pipeline objectives and overall growth of assigned customer account(s). The Associate Account Manager also provides essential support to sales and quoting activities to sales representatives and customers, ensuring high-quality service and sustained business growth.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions\nSupport Strategic and Key Account teams developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts, acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams.\nManage day-to-day customer needs, support pricing discussions, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.\nSupport preparation of proposals and presentations to support sales strategies and execution of business plans.\nIdentify and nurture growth opportunities within assigned accounts, aligning customer needs with new service offerings or capabilities.\nReview reports on account performance metrics (e.g., quotes, sales, backlog, delivery, returns), identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.\nAs needed, garner accurate forecasts from customers to support revenue projections for overall account. Ensure customer data in CRM systems is accurate; monitor satisfaction metrics and document customer interactions.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery, resolve issues, and meet customer expectations.\nParticipate in internal planning meetings to align customer demand and strategic targets\nCoordinate and participate in customer meetings, support business reviews, and account planning sessions, including performance, opportunities, and forecasting.\nSupport the resolution of customer complaints and financial issues in collaboration with account teams, Quality, and Finance departments.\nRepresent the company at industry trade shows and customer events as needed.\nEngage in continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in the Operational Excellence Program.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA’s and certifications)\nBachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field or commensurate experience.\n1-3 years of equivalent experience in a customer-facing or account management role.\nDemonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and work independently with a high degree of integrity.\nWillingness and ability to travel to customer sites and events (up to 25% of the time).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and present clear reports, presentations and business correspondence.\nAbility to calculate figures and analyze sales data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Publisher).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nCapable of interpreting business and technical documents and solving practical problems.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing setting.\nDesirable Criteria and Qualifications\n1-2 years of B2B experience.\nDirect experience with manufacturing systems is highly desirable.\nPrevious experience in medical device manufacturing.\nPay Range\nUSD $51,300.00 - USD $74,300.00 /Yr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
