Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.\nPosition Summary\nBrake Press Operator will be responsible for plans, lays out, and performing all types of sheet metal operations to fabricate wide variety of units or products of complex design involving close tolerances.\nShift:\n1st Shift Monday to Thursday, 6am-4pm\nResponsibilities\nBrake Press Operator Responsibilites\nOperate and perform setup of all types of sheet metal machines to bend, cut or form parts\nUse a variety of sheet metal hand tools and measuring instruments\nPerform shop mathematics at an intermediate level\nRead and understand blueprints at an intermediate level \nEnter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis\nAccurately record and report hours worked \nAdhere to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when required\nSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements\nRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work\nPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance\nEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly\nParticipate in required company meetings \nMaintain an organized work area (5S)\nParticipate in the Operational Excellence Program \nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.\nPay Range\nUSD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
