This role is pivotal in driving high-quality programs across the enterprise, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions\nEffectively oversee customer and manufacturing programs through our project management system; primarily focused on higher complexity, cross-company, and international transfer programs\nCultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with both internal teams and external customers to meet and exceed program objectives.\nOversee customer projects to ensure all requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.\nResponsible for successful program transition to manufacturing and monitoring in production to assure sustainable manufacturing output with line of site to cost targets\nPromote teamwork across stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.\nChampion customer needs throughout the organization, ensuring timely progress on programs.\nMaintain a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and processes relevant to the medical device industry.\nProvide strategic input to support functions (e.g., Engineering, Customer Service, Planning) on proposals, contract reviews, and system enhancements.\nCollaborate with stakeholder engineering, quality, and operations teams to uphold gross margin targets and deliver cost-effective solutions.\nOversee the successful transition of projects into production.\nAccurately assess customer needs and the core markets we serve.\nEnsure business systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and operational.\nDefine goals and performance expectations aligned with Cretex company objectives and manage personnel in accordance with corporate policies.\nMaintain professional, timely communication with all departments and customers.\nSupport adherence to the company’s Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device regulations.\nParticipate in our Operational Excellence Program and promote continuous improvement initiatives.\nComplete additional responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA’s and certifications)\nAssociate degree or commensurate experience in a related field.\n10 years of experience in Program/Project Management.\n4+ years of experience in a business leadership role\nExtensive experience in medical product lifecycle management\nProficiency with project management software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio or equivalent) for managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicating status.\nKnowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.\nProven track record in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures.\nExceptional verbal and written communication abilities.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nDesirable Criteria & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.\n4+ years of multi-functional leadership experience with P/L responsibility preferred\nEngagement in continuing education, including participation in industry associations and organization\nPay Range\nUSD $124,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.Pay Range Details\nPAY RANGE DETAILS:\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
