Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Turret Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating numerically controlled machine tools to perform turret punching operations and laser cutting operations. This role requires a high level of skill, broad knowledge of turret punching techniques, familiarity with program formats, and the ability to work with close tolerances and finish specifications.\nShift: 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm-1:45am\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilites\nOperate Turret machine\nOperate Laser machine\nCheck parts \nRead and complies with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists\nEnter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis\nAccurately records and reports hours worked \nMaintain an organized work area (5S) to include workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms\nParticipate in the Operational Excellence Program\nUnderstand and complies with the Cretex professional competencies, company policies, and employee manual \nAdhere to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when required\nSupport and complies with the company’s Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements\nComplete all other work duties as assigned\nQualifications\nRequirements\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED). \nAbility to read, comprehend, follow, and document work instructions and procedures.\nMechanical aptitude.\nDexterity and hand-eye coordination.\nAttention to detail.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.\nAbility to take direction from the area manager.\nAbility to collaborate with team members, provide input to the area lead, and attend meetings.\nAbility to cross-train in other areas of production when required.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment.\nDesireable Qualifications\nTwo-year CNC Machining Degree\nKnowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) \nFamiliarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC)\nrms Company Benefits\nAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.\nPay Range\nUSD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
