Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Manufacturing Manager provides hands-on operational leadership to drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overall business performance. This role leads teams and processes across manufacturing operations, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities and customer needs. Working collaboratively across the organization, the Manufacturing Manager builds a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and performance. Areas of responsibility may include production, assembly, secondary operations, customer service, scheduling, maintenance, and shipping/receiving. This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational performance, employee engagement, and business growth.\n2 positions are available:\nOne will support our Molding Implant and Assemblies team and the 2nd opening will support our General Molding and Stamping team. \nResponsibilities\nLead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nDirect manufacturing operations to meet customer and regulatory requirements, with accountability for key performance metrics including safety, OEE, scrap, productivity, on-time delivery, and partnership on customer complaints owning the the corrective actions required.\nUse data, KPIs, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive operational and business decisions.\nPartner with production leadership and cross-functional teams to align production schedules, resources, and priorities with customer and business needs.\nIdentify operational challenges and lead change and continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, capacity, and overall business performance.\nManage labor, material, scrap, and overhead costs to achieve financial and operational objectives.\nSupport product launches, transfers, capital equipment projects, acquisitions, and system improvements.\nBuild strong relationships with key customers and suppliers and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and the markets we serve.\nPartner with Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other business functions to achieve shared objectives.\nEnsure compliance with the company Quality System, ISO and medical device requirements, safety programs, work instructions, and standard work.\nEnsure business systems and processes are effectively implemented, maintained, and utilized to support operational performance.\nChampion Operational Excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nPerform other duties as assigned and work effectively in a manufacturing environment.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in a similar role \n5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an injection molding environment\nManufacturing concepts and principles, lean manufacturing\nDemonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis\nQuality systems knowledge\nProcess management/statistical process control\nProduction layout/design/method\nManufacturing equipment management\nBusiness and office system software\nCapacity planning, scheduling, MRP\nBudget management\nAbility to consistently achieve short and long-term business results\nMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills \nAttention to detail\nOrganizational skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nAbility to prioritize and multitask\nDesirable Criteria & Qualifications:\nExperience with 24/7 operations \nInjection molding, medical, cleanroom experience \nLean manufacturing expertise - Green Belt or lean certification preferred\nPay Range\nUSD $100,900.00 - USD $151,300.00 /Yr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
