Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Process Technician is responsible for the installation of molds, development of process parameters, support of validation activities, and troubleshooting production issues for new and existing tooling.\nShifts Available:\nFriday - Sunday from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm\nResponsibilities\nUtilize scientific molding principles to establish capable processes for new and existing tooling\nExecute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) that comply with FDA regulations\nTroubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause/corrective action investigations\nSupport Operational Excellence by identifying and executing initiatives that lead to improved performance\nProvide technical coaching and feedback to production employees and the support team\nEnsure complex molds are installed and removed according to the setup sheets and instructions\nInspect molded parts using basic metrology tools and equipment\nEnsure no production time or yield is lost because of faulty setup \nServe as a resource for Setup Technicians\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n3 years of injection molding experience to include setup, cleanroom, medical polymers, and small-micro molded components\nUnderstand the rheology of polymers\nTroubleshoot issues using disciplined root cause analysis tools\nUnderstand a variety of plastic injection molding machines and secondary operations equipment\nAbility to read and understand quality plans\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExperience using part prints\nAbility to read, comprehend, follow, and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents \nMechanical Aptitude\nDexterity and hand and eye coordination\nMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills \nAttention to detail\nOrganizational skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nAbility to prioritize and multitask\nPay Range\nUSD $29.81 - USD $44.71 /Hr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
