This position will also track raw materials, purchased parts, and VMI programs to ensure the correct amount of materials are available to meet the schedule, customer forecasts and capacity planning.\nHours: 1st shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Functions\nPlan and manages production schedules and ERP system updates to meet customer delivery requirements and maximize operational efficiency\nBalance production and inventory levels with demand to support customer service levels, inventory turn goals, and capacity utilization requirements \nAnalyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements\nCollaborate with Customer Service, Engineering and Quality on incoming orders and customer priorities\nParticipate in tier meetings to provide schedule updates to operations, engineering, and quality\nRequest and review customer forecasts on a regular basis\nCollaborate with the Supervisors, Leads and Production Control to effectively communicate production flow and concerns and work as a team to develop strategies to meet internal and external customer needs\nUpdate departmental production metrics daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor\nSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
