Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.\nPosition summary:\nThe Quality Technician will be responsible for performing advanced dimensional and visual inspections for various manufacturing processes. This role will also perform inspections using various methods and equipment, complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies, and procedures.\nShifts Available:\n1st shift: 6:00am-2:30 pm Mon-Fri \nResponsibilities\nPerform inspections in support of first article, gage R&R, and process capability studies\nAudit and train employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and documentation\nInterpret SPC results\nManually operate and program various precision testing equipment including but not limited to tool scope, CMM, and vision systems \nEffective organizational, oral, and written communication skills to facilitate an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, and coworkers\nRecommend changes to quality documentation\nPerform key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector\nRead and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists\nRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work\nEnter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis\nAccurately record and report hours worked \nSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements\nRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work\nPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance\nUnderstand customer needs and the core business markets we serve\nEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent \n3+ years of experience in quality assurance\nKnowledge of inspection equipment use and maintenance\nIntermediate GD&T\nProblem analysis and solving\nManage multiple requirements and deadlines\nDexterity and hand and eye coordination\nAbility to use a microscope and hand tools\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment \nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of ISO 9001/13485\nQuality certifications\nPay Range\nUSD $23.08 - USD $36.49 /Hr.Pay Range Details\nThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
