You will be responsible for managing product dosing and logistics, data collection, and partner communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet their targets. You will interface with vendors and manufacturers to ensure on-time procurement and that our systems are meeting our specifications.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring our dosing and sampling operations deliver process intensification results and greenhouse gas removal. You will be responsible for enabling CREW’s operations team, coordinating cross-functionally across the organization, and acting as the first point of contact for any system troubleshooting or issues by our partners in the field, as well as collecting their feedback and improvement suggestions.\nResponsibilities\nSupport operations at partner wastewater utilities, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring goals are met.\n\nManage material inputs ordering, inventory, and delivery logistics.\n\nInterface with and manage vendors and manufacturers.\n\nCoordinate sample collection, data tracking, and reporting to partners and internal teams.\n\nAct as the first point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues with partners.\n\nDevelop and implement reporting tools to improve operational transparency and performance tracking.\n\nQuarterback partner meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.\n\nManage cross-functional workflows between engineering, science, verification, and leadership teams to align on deployment needs.\n\nProduce and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation to support our operations at deployed sites\n\nOwn system maintenance tracking and reporting\n\nContinuously improve operational processes and documentation for scale-up.\n\nExperience Requirements\n4+ years of experience in project management, operations, utilities, field deployments, or a related area.\n\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Operations Management.\n\nOutstanding communication skills, both internal and external facing.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive customer success and satisfaction in operational deployments.\n\nStrong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel.\n\nExperience with data tracking, reporting, and basic operational tools (Excel/Sheets, project management software, etc.).\n\nAbility to travel up to 20% of the time.\n\nExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment where priorities can shift on a monthly basis.\n\nYou practice extreme ownership (no task is too small).\n\nYou love being in the trenches with your team and working with high empathy.\n\nYou have a growth mindset.\n\nBonus Qualifications\nCertifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar).\n\nExperience in the wastewater industry\n\nAbout the Company\nCREW’s technology and services make wastewater treatment cheaper and more efficient, while permanently sequestering CO₂.\nLeveraging advanced chemistry, natural minerals, and AI, we’ve developed and are deploying a category-defining process intensification technology, with decarbonization at its core.
