engage with a range of healthcare and aesthetic organizations, including but not limited to:\nAmbulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)\nHospital systems and health networks\nPlastic surgery groups and clinics\nMedical spas\nDermatology groups and clinics\nOther surgical and specialty practices\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nMake a high volume of outbound calls daily to new and existing leads (target: 100 calls per day).\nIntroduce Robbins Instruments and clearly communicate our value, product lines, and differentiators.\nShare basic product information and answer basic questions, escalating technical questions to the appropriate team member.\nAsk discovery questions to understand the prospect's current instruments, suppliers, pain points, purchasing timelines, and volume.\nNavigate gatekeepers and complex organizations to identify the key decision maker, economic buyer, and other influencers (surgeons, OR directors, materials managers, practice administrators, procurement and value analysis committees).\nQualify leads against established criteria before booking appointments.\nSchedule virtual or in person meetings for outside sales representatives and coordinate calendars across time zones.\nSend confirmation emails, calendar invites, and follow up product materials to prospects.\nProvide sales reps with a detailed handoff before each appointment covering contacts, needs, current vendors, buying process, and objections.\nFollow up on unresponsive leads through calls, emails, and voicemails using a structured cadence.\nKeep CRM records accurate and current, logging all activity, notes, and lead status.\nResearch target accounts to find new contacts and build prospect lists.\nMeet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, conversations, and qualified appointments.\nShare market feedback, common objections, and competitor insights with the sales team.\nRequired\n3 to 5+ years of successful, verifiable experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar phone based role\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident, professional phone presence and clear, easily understood speech\nProven ability to handle high call volume and stay motivated through rejection\nStrong listening and questioning skills\nHighly organized, self motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment\nComfortable with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office\nPreferred\nExperience selling or setting appointments in the medical device, surgical, healthcare, or aesthetics industries\nFamiliarity with hospital purchasing, GPOs, value analysis committees, or ASC operations\nUnderstanding of B2B sales processes and buying decisions involving multiple stakeholders\nExperience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)\nBachelor's
