Graphic Designer (Apparel/Clothing) - Part-Time

We are looking for a creative and culturally aware Graphic Designer to help bring our client's apparel brand to life. You’ll translate six distinct female personas into compelling graphics, typography, prints, and garment designs that feel authentic, premium, and relevant to today’s audience.

This is a part-time, remote role requiring 8-12 hours per week, ideal for a designer with strong visual instincts, a passion for fashion, and a genuine understanding of UK Gen Z culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop original graphics, typography, prints, and artwork for apparel
• Translate brand concepts and fictional personas into wearable designs
• Create campaign and social media visuals aligned with the brand identity
• Explore creative concepts, references, trends, and visual directions
• Contribute ideas during creative discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Maintain a premium, contemporary, and cohesive visual aesthetic
• Adapt creative concepts across garments and marketing materials
• Stay informed on UK Gen Z culture, fashion, internet trends, and visual language

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, apparel, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail
• Strong awareness of UK Gen Z culture, trends, humor, and internet culture
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Ability to work independently and develop concepts from broad creative direction
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original and compelling work
• Passion for fashion, culture, and creative experimentation
• Comfortable working in a flexible, collaborative creative environment

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.
• Peripherals and Workspace:
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
