support.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct individualized speech-language evaluations for pediatric clients\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals\nDeliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions\nBuild positive relationships with children and their families, including caregiver education and coaching\nTrack progress and complete timely, accurate documentation and reports\nAdjust treatment approaches based on client progress and needs\nCollaborate with colleagues and other providers as appropriate\nMaintain professional standards and ethical practice, and keep up with continuing education\nRequirements\nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology\nActive Texas SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one\nASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)\nAbility to perform pediatric evaluations and provide therapy\nStrong communication and rapport-building skills with children and families\nSolid documentation and
