All duties must be executed in\naccordance with The Celebrity Way, company policies, and all Safety, Quality, and Environmental\nregulations.\n⸻\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 years' progressive experience in food and beverage operations within upscale\nhotels, cruise ships, or high-volume venues (shipboard experience preferred).\nBachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.\nStrong understanding of inventory control systems, cost analysis, and administrative procedures.\nProficient in Excel, Word, and inventory/POS systems.\nWorking knowledge of USPH and environmental safety standards.\nStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\n⸻\nKey Competencies\nOperational EƯectiveness\nMaintains strict adherence to The Celebrity Way Standards, including Safety, Environmental, and\nSanitation policies.\nExecutes administrative functions, including end-of-voyage and turnaround reports, COS\nanalysis.\nManages systems including POS (InfoGenesis) and maintains all relevant inventory databases\nand reporting.\nOwner of Daily Cost of Sales and Revenue Reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to\nthe Beverage Operations Manager.\nConducts a minimum of 5 Beverage Package Audits daily, including guest folio checks for zerovalue transactions.\nResponsible for Consumables & Replaceable (C&R) inventory and maintaining minimum par\nlevels.\nCoordinates bi-monthly Inventory Cycle Counts, verifying physical stock and reconciling\ndiscrepancies.\nInvestigates and reports on losses, spoilage, breakage, or
