control.\nDevelop creative and innovative pastry and dessert concepts.\nWork closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menus and special events.\nEnsure all pastry production is completed efficiently and according to established schedules.\nTrain, guide, and support junior pastry team members.\nMonitor pastry inventory and assist with ordering and stock control.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional pastry section.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and onboard safety procedures.\nStay current with pastry trends, techniques, and presentation styles.\nRequirements\n Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume, fine-dining or luxury environment.\nCulinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles.\nProven ability to create innovative and visually appealing desserts.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.\nFlexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.\nPrevious cruise ship experience is an advantage.\nMust be able to meet the required medical, background, and travel requirements for shipboard
