candidates\n- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires\n- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment\nQualifications:\n- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry\n- Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its various roles and positions\n- Proven track record in sourcing and selecting top talent\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Ability to work independently and in a team environment\n- Strong
