The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spa services, leading the spa team, maintaining high guest service standards, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. Train and support team members to maintain consistent service standards. Manage spa products, equipment, and inventory. Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to guests. Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and shipboard procedures. Prepare reports and communicate departmental performance to management.
