If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!\nWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team to drive the implementation of compliance and information security initiatives, and ensure our business practices meet the requirements of industry standards. This role will support our team as our on-site cybersecurity point of contact for IT support, hardware asset management, and physical security.\nThis is an in-person role located at our Toronto office.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs a Cybersecurity Analyst at Creyos, you will:\nPerform vulnerability/risk assessments and control testing across applications, networks, and infrastructure to remediate vulnerabilities and support secure software deployments.\nLead initial triage, resolution, and escalation for security incidents and support requests while monitoring the latest advisories, alerts, and regulatory changes.\nDrive physical and technical security assessments, lead audit evidence collection/inquiries, and deliver remediation reports to key stakeholders.\nDevelop, recommend, and maintain security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational runbooks.\nAdminister end-to-end identity lifecycles (provisioning, offboarding, and role-based access control) grounded in least-privilege principles.\nMaintain complete oversight and lifecycle inventory of all hardware assets.\nDeliver security-centric on-site IT support, including network hardening, hardware setup, account provisioning, and troubleshooting.\nMentor team members and drive internal knowledge sharing through technical presentations and documentation.\nThe skills and experience we are looking for:\n1-3 years professional work experience in information security;\nWorking knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence;\nUnderstanding of core security concepts: least privilege, access control, incident handling, and asset lifecycle management;\nAbility to configure, implement, and maintain security tools as well as the configuration of data sources for metric reporting/tracking;\nExperience with security tools and methodologies for conducting vulnerability and application security assessments;\nAbility to analyze IT solutions and technology infrastructure to identify and assess security vulnerabilities, threats, and risks;\nUnderstanding of industrial frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks;\nOwnership mindset, comfortable being the accountable on-site cybersecurity resource;\nThink analytically and synthesize technical information from various sources;\nHigh level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and demonstrate a high level of judgment and maturity;\nSolid understanding of IT, Network and Security environments;\nDesire to learn compliance and security operations as a whole;\nExcellent skills of verbal and written communications and relationship building.\nIt would be great if you also have:\nFamiliarity with endpoint management/MDM tools;\nWorking knowledge of risk and compliance (GRC) tools;\nA security based professional qualification is desirable (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, GCIH);\nBachelor’s degree in technology-related field or equivalent work experience;\nStrong knowledge of operating system security and operations;\nStrong and structured coding and scripting skills;\nKnowledge of code repositories, automation technologies, cloud and containers.\nSome of the reasons people choose to join the Creyos team include:\nGrow through our career paths leading to more senior roles.
