Your passion will fuel our success as we redefine partner programs, process, and enablement to accelerate Cribl's global impact.\nBuild out our Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl’s Partner Program\nDrive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships\nDevelop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communicate to partners.\nLead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap\nCommunicate Partner strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.\nHelp manage and lead Partner specific projects and initiatives that focus on scale and efficiency\nHelp own our partner specific tools and drive awareness both internally and externally of the value and use cases\nAssist in program compliance process and communication\nBe willing to take on ad hoc projects or initiatives based on company decisions and priorities\nWe are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours \n\nIf You’ve Got It - We Want It\nProven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces\nDemonstrated innovation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nExperience with Salesforce and PRM’s and/or other similar systems\nExperience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy \n3-5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing\nHighly organized and detail oriented\nAbility to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan\nAbility to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment\nA high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment\nBA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus\nThe salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\nIn addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission).
