With the freedom of remote work and the excitement of solving unique data challenges, every day brings something new-and impactful.\n\nAs An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...\nHelp customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process\nDemo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions\nLead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects\nAct as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value\nDocument interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation\nTravel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events\nWe are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours\n\nIf You've Got It - We Want It\nExperience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security\nBackground of successfully selling deals to SLED customers\nBackground in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support\nExperience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL\nPrior Cribl product experience. Even better if you have feedback!\nExperience working remotely with travel to support in-person meetings and events\nYou reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States\nThe salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\nIn addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission).
