With a passionate community of Makers around the world, Cricut helps turn inspiration into real, tangible creations-one project at a time.\nLet’s make.\n As a key member of the Planning team, you will be responsible for managing a product portfolio and supporting related demand-planning activities across North America.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across products, channels, customers, and regions.\nAnalyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, product changes, and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans.\nSupport the S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, highlighting forecast changes, and identifying risks and opportunities.\nIdentify and communicate risks and opportunities related to forecast, inventory, and supply availability.\nSupport new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with timely and accurate forecasting.\nMonitor inventory and demand signals to identify potential supply constraints, out-of-stock risks, excess inventory, and other planning opportunities.\nPartner with Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain to communicate demand changes, inventory risks, and recommended actions.\nMaintain demand-planning systems, tools, reports, data inputs, and forecasting assumptions.\nMonitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies or missing information.\nUse Excel, data-visualization tools, and AI-enabled tools to analyze forecasts, identify exceptions, and build repeatable planning-review tools.\nMaintain documentation and process guides for demand-planning workflows.\nIdentify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and forecasting governance.\n Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).\nBackground in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nData visualization experience (Tableau, Domo, Qlik, etc.) preferred.\nExperience in ERP and MRP systems preferred.\nAdvanced Excel skills required.\nComfortable working with large datasets and planning tools; Tableau experience is a plus.\nComfortable using AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, forecast review, reporting, and process improvement.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nEagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.\nCustomer focused, with the ability to constructively challenge assumptions and drive sound planning decisions.\n We’ve Got You Covered\nAt Cricut, we take care of our people.
