This role will provide senior technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and Clean Core architecture while ensuring solutions remain sustainable, secure, upgradeable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep expertise in SAP development technologies including ABAP, BTP, Fiori/UI5, SQL, integrations, and extensibility frameworks. This individual will collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions while driving engineering standards and technical best practices.\nTechnical Architecture & Solution Leadership\nLead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP platforms.\nDrive Clean Core principles and ensure solutions are upgradeable, maintainable, and aligned with SAP best practices.\nDefine technical standards, development frameworks, coding guidelines, and architecture governance processes.\nEvaluate and recommend modern SAP technologies, AI capabilities, and extensibility approaches.\nSAP BTP, AI & Innovation\nLead adoption and implementation of SAP BTP services, integrations, workflows, automation, and extension applications.\nDrive AI-enabled enterprise solutions leveraging SAP Joule, Joule Studio, and intelligent automation capabilities.\nSupport enterprise data and analytics initiatives leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).\nPartner with architecture and business teams to modernize legacy customizations and technical debt.\nDevelopment & Engineering Excellence\nProvide hands-on technical leadership and solution delivery across:ABAP / OOABAP\nCDS Views\nRAP / CAP frameworks\nSAP Fiori & UI5\nSQL and HANA development\nAPIs, OData, and integrations\nSAP BTP extension development\n\nReview solution designs and code to ensure performance, scalability, security, and supportability.\nEstablish development best practices including reusable frameworks, CI/CD standards, testing, and documentation.\nIntegration & Enterprise Collaboration\nLead integration architecture and development across SAP and non-SAP platforms including logistics, manufacturing, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party applications.\nCollaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver the right technical solutions.\nProvide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams and implementation partners.\nOwn technical accountability for solution quality, delivery standards, and long-term sustainability.\nGovernance & Operational Excellence\nEnsure solutions comply with enterprise security, audit, SOX, and governance standards.\nSupport SAP upgrades, release management, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDrive operational stability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring of SAP technical solutions.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of SAP technical development and architecture experience.\nStrong expertise in:SAP BTP\nABAP / OOABAP\nSAP Fiori / UI5\nSQL & SAP HANA\nAPIs, OData, and integrations\n\nExperience designing solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core and upgrade-safe architecture principles.\nHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and integration frameworks.\nKnowledge of SAP AI capabilities including Joule and Joule Studio.\nUnderstanding of SAP Business Data Cloud and enterprise data architecture.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\nPreferred\nSAP BTP and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.\nExperience with RAP, CAP, Event-Driven Architecture, and Integration Suite.\nExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or consumer products industries.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models.\nKey Competencies\nSAP Technical Architecture\nSAP BTP & Clean Core Strategy\nAI & Intelligent Enterprise Solutions\nABAP, Fiori/UI5 & HANA Development\nIntegration Architecture\nEngineering Standards & Governance\nTechnical Leadership & Mentorship\nProblem Solving & Solution Ownership\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n We’ve Got You Covered\nAt Cricut, we take care of our people.
