data, ensuring that the analysis is aligned with business goals and priorities.\n\nDevelop and enhance credit scoring and other statistical risk models.\n\nParticipate in the entire model lifecycle: development → validation → implementation → monitoring → recalibration/redevelopment.\n\nPerform independent validation of models developed by other team members.\n\nAlternate between the roles of Model Developer and Model Validator across projects.\n\nPrepare, process, and analyze data used in modeling activities.\n\nConduct validation testing and challenge model assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes.\n\nMonitor model performance and identify the need for recalibration or redevelopment.\n\nPrepare development, validation, and monitoring reports.\n\nCreate and maintain model documentation compliant with internal governance and regulatory requirements.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, risk experts, and technical teams.\n\nSupport regulatory reviews and audits, including requests from supervisory authorities such as KNF and ECB.\n\nPrepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, operational metrics, and other relevant business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.\n\nCooperation with other teams working on projects for Clients\n\nKey skills:\n4+ years of experience in credit risk modeling or a related analytical field.\n\nStrong SQL skills and advanced knowledge of Python or R.\n\nSolid background in statistics, econometrics, and predictive modeling.\n\nHands-on experience in model validation and model monitoring.\n\nAbility to critically assess methodologies, challenge assumptions, and defend analytical solutions.\n\nAwareness of personal data protection issues\n\nStrong communication skills in Polish and English languages\n\nAdditional bonus skills:\nExperience with credit scoring models, PD, LGD, EAD, or IFRS 9 methodologies\n\nGood understanding of the banking regulatory
