Master's degree is a plus.\n\n- Excellent leadership and team management skills.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.\n\n- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.\n\n- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. This should include the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, present to senior management, and negotiate with stakeholders.\n\n- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
