You will work across the stack — from database and API design to polished, performant front-end experiences — and play a key role in technical decisions as the product grows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript\nBuild and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and design efficient database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)\nOwn features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring\nOptimize application performance (SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, Core Web Vitals)\nCollaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions\nWrite clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews\nMentor junior/mid-level developers and help set engineering best practices\nManage CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps/infrastructure decisions (Docker, Vercel/AWS)\nEnsure application security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility\nParticipate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions\n\nJob SpecificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n2+ years of professional full-stack development experience\nStrong hands-on experience with Next.js (2+ years) and React\nProficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)\nSolid backend experience: Node.js, and one of Express/Fastify/NestJS\nStrong database skills — SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)\nExperience with REST and/or GraphQL API design\nFamiliarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query)\nVersion control with Git, and experience with CI/CD workflows\nUnderstanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, NextAuth)\nExperience deploying to cloud platforms (Nginx, AWS, or similar)\nStrong grasp of responsive design, Tailwind CSS or similar styling frameworks\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\nPreferred \nExperience with microservices architecture\nFamiliarity with Docker/Kubernetes\nExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)\nExposure to payment gateways, fintech, or e-commerce systems\nExperience with monorepos (Turborepo/Nx)\nPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced
