mobile performance, offline handling, and security\nTest across devices and OS versions to ensure compatibility\nDocument components and contribute to the internal knowledge base\nRotate through short project assignments to build broad product understanding\n\nJob SpecificationBachelor's degree (recent graduate or final semester) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field\nFoundational knowledge of a mobile development stack — Flutter (Dart), React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript), or native (Kotlin/Swift)\nBasic understanding of mobile UI principles and responsive layouts\nBasic understanding of Git/version control\nStrong willingness to learn and take feedback\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication skills in English and Nepali\nPreferred \nPersonal or academic mobile app projects (GitHub portfolio, published app links, or APKs)\nExposure to REST APIs and JSON handling\nFamiliarity with state management (Provider/Riverpod, Redux, or
