The goal is to promote and expand Australia’s commercial activities that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth. \nResponsibilities\n Ideal Experience:At least 4 years experience in Business Development or Account Management in programmatic advertising or performance marketing sectors (Agency, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.) \nA good understanding of the online media and performance marketing industry in Australia \nThe ideal candidate will have worked with either directly to advertisers or digital agencies \nStrong interpersonal communication and presentation skills \nExcellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of commercial mindedness \nAbility to “simplify” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs \nA self-starter with the ability to work autonomously\nPractical skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook \nExperience in managing key relationships with key clients \nStrong understanding of forecasting, budgeting and revenue reporting and processes \nExcellent organisational skills \nAbility to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy \nAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a busy and agile environment \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills \nSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative \nPossess a strong work ethic with a drive to progress, shine and succeed \nRequirements\nSetting campaigns up for success, i.e. ensuring hitting core KPIs: Supporting the trading team by relaying information from the client in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, targets, competitor performance, external factors affecting campaign, setting up the required reports etc. \nMonitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target \nFielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc. Pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible etc. \nClient servicing and support: \nBecoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific programmatic needs or wider programmatic strategy \nGoing the extra mile in terms of servicing -
