business growth and digital transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Architecture & Design\nDesign scalable and future-ready enterprise data models across Salesforce Clouds.\nDefine logical, conceptual, and physical data architecture strategies.\nEstablish data standards, naming conventions, and governance frameworks.\nCreate canonical data models for enterprise-wide integrations.\nDrive data quality, consistency, and compliance initiatives.\nSalesforce Data Management\nDesign and optimize Salesforce objects, relationships, fields, and metadata.\nArchitect solutions involving:Salesforce Sales Cloud\nService Cloud\nExperience Cloud\nData Cloud\nMarketing Cloud integrations\n\nImplement data archival and retention strategies.\nIntegration & MDM\nArchitect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using:MuleSoft\nREST/SOAP APIs\nETL Platforms\nMiddleware Solutions\n\nEstablish Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks.\nEnsure seamless synchronization of customer, product, and transaction data.\nData Governance & Security\nDefine enterprise data governance policies.\nEnsure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and organizational security standards.\nImplement data classification, lineage, and stewardship processes.\nPartner with security teams to establish access controls and data protection mechanisms.\nData Migration & Transformation\nLead large-scale Salesforce migration programs.\nDesign migration frameworks and reconciliation strategies.\nManage data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation activities.\nEnsure data accuracy during mergers, acquisitions, and platform consolidations.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with business leaders to understand data requirements.\nProvide architectural recommendations and best practices.\nMentor developers, administrators, and data engineers.\nDrive architecture reviews and governance forums.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n10+ years of overall IT experience.\n5+ years as Salesforce Architect, Data Architect, or Enterprise Data Architect.\nExperience delivering large enterprise Salesforce implementations.\nHands-on experience with enterprise data integration programs.\nTechnical
