Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, Checkmarx, Jenkins, Ansible\n• Thorough understanding of networks, firewalls and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, bash, Python)\n• Knowledge of monitoring tools (such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Zabbix)\n• A customer focus, with the mindset to find and resolve root causes of incidents to structurally improve the customer experience.\n• IT Operations/Support experience combined with analytical skills to identify root causes in workflows incidents (data, technical, functional). \n• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, Fortify\n• Experience or affinity with IT Risk (SOx, vulnerability management) and Security concepts (protocols, certificates, etc.)\nPreferred Skills\n• Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux (7 or 8)) is a plus\n• Experience with managing full-stack vendor packages, and additionally (low latency) infrastructural stack knowledge\n• Familiarity with Docker and orchestration for it like Kubernetes or Openshift\n• Functional knowledge of Financial Markets products – Interest Rates and Fixed Income
