Who We Are Looking For As Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe, you will own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region while acting as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales. You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells, and support technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations for prospects. You will balance post-sales delivery and pre-sales support according to regional priorities, representing Crisis24 credibly to clients in French, Spanish, and English.
