Performance matters most; not your date of hire!\n\nResponsibilities & Expectations\nThe Corporate Security Agent is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to protective security operations dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environments.\nThe following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:\nEnsure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.\nMonitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras.\nAccess control for visitors, employees, and vendors.\nOpportunities for travel/special assignments.\nEffectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.\nMaintain discretion and confidentiality.\nAbility to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).\nPartner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.\nDetect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.\nBe able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nParticipation in random drug screenings.\nMust have Armed NJ SORA card and NJ CCL. \nMust complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment.
