You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:\nExecutive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.\nThreat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.\nSecurity Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.\nIncident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.\nAdvance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.\nProtocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.\nEmergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.\nArea Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.\nTeam Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).\nCertifications & Credentials:\nValid NY Armed Guard Card & NY CCL or HR 218/LEOSA\nU.S. Passport & Driver’s License\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy\nPhysical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation\nBackground Investigation & Random Drug Screening\nSkills & Attributes:\nCommand presence and confidence under pressure\nStrong written and verbal communication\nTactical awareness and emergency response capabilities\nPhysical readiness and mental resilience\nDiscretion, integrity, and professionalism\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience\nSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response\nLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit\nCPR certification\nEMT license\nFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes\nElite Benefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\nCompetitive 401(k) with employer match\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nAdvanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protection\n\nThis Is More Than a Job.
