You will be part of a team that sets the standard for excellence in protection, contributing to a culture of vigilance, integrity, and elite performance.\nWhat You Will Work On\nDeliver a visible, reassuring security presence for executives, staff, and guests while maintaining a high standard of customer service.\nRespond swiftly and effectively to security threats, including active shooter scenarios and other emergencies.\nConduct advance work, secure transportation, and provide close protection coverage in both corporate and field environments.\nMonitor and inspect physical security systems including locks, cameras, and access control infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.\nEnforce access control policies and protocols with professionalism and discretion.\nConduct regular security sweeps and monitor surveillance systems to detect and deter threats.\nCollaborate with visiting security teams, facilities management, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless protective operations.\nProduce timely and detailed incident reports and maintain clear communication with leadership.\nOperate in a hybrid capacity across Executive Protection (EP), and/or Residential Security Team (RST) assignments.\nWhat You Will Bring\nValid Guard Card and Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed).\nU.S. Passport and valid Driver’s License.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nCompletion of an Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy from an academy that we accept.\nSuccessful completion of a Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and Meet-and-Greet evaluation.\nWillingness to undergo comprehensive background investigation and random drug screenings.\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Executive Protection, ERT and/or RST roles.\nAdvanced protective and defensive driving skills\nStrong situational awareness and threat assessment capabilities\nDiscreet, professional, and client-focused demeanor.\nFamiliarity with local geography and alternate route planning\nPreferred But Not Mandatory\nPrior military, law enforcement, or emergency response experience.\nEvasive driver training, security driver training, etc...\nSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response.\nLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit.\nCPR certification or EMT license.\nFamiliarity with corporate and residential security technologies and protocols.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.\nCompetitive 401(k) with employer match.\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).\nPaid Time Off (PTO).\nAdvanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protection.\nLiaise with law enforcement for intelligence sharing, threat assessments, and emergency response planning.\nCoordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to ensure safe passage and support during protective missions.\nExecute secure transportation assignments including airport transfers, motorcade operations, and route reconnaissance for high-profile clients.\nThis Is More Than a Job.
