You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:\nExecutive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.\nThreat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.\nSecurity Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.\nIncident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.\nAdvance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.\nProtocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.\nEmergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.\nArea Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.\nTeam Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience\nExecutive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).\nCertifications & Credentials: \nValid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)\nTX Level III and IV licenses\nU.S. Passport & Driver’s License\nAmerican Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification\nCompletion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy\nBackground Investigation & Drug Screening\nPassing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT) \nSkills & Attributes: \nStrong situational awareness and tactical mindset\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to remain calm and decisive under pressure\nHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism\nFamiliarity with residential security technologies and protocols \nPreferred Qualifications \nPrior military or law enforcement experience\nSpecialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance\nExperience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms \nElite Benefits\nCompetitive 401(k) with employer match\nJoin the Mission \nAt Crisis24 – PSG, you are more than a security agent—you are a trusted guardian of home and family.
