This position involves digitally managing agreements and assisting external clients with their account inquiries, additions, and modifications.\n\nWhat You Will Work On\nCommunicate & collaborate as needed with Account Manager’s to successfully complete renewal opportunities and offer the client a seamless experience \nFacilitate the renewal of client opportunities at least 45 days in advance of their contract expiration date internally and externally\nUpdate client information within Salesforce, and within client agreements in the Contract Management application and or SharePoint in a timely manner, as needed\nProactively anticipate client needs and effectively communicate ways to support them including outreach to Crisis24 subject matter experts\nNegotiate any new terms that may arise such as upsells, downgrades, using defined parameters agreed by the business to ensure the clients continued patronage and minimizing any potential revenue loss\nBuild relationships with clients to develop, retain and secure future business\nDocument all client and sales activities in Salesforce and associated outcomes to track success from initiation to completion.\nEffectively utilize all internal and technological resources for intentional client outreach\nCollaborate with Contracts Team and Operations Team to make any necessary changes or updates to client agreements/subscriptions/programs.\nProvide support to Accounts Receivable (A/R) to achieve on-time payment of all Client invoices based on contractual payment terms.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\n2-4 years’ experience sales, sales support or customer service preferred\nExcellent active listening, communication, organization, and follow through skills\nProven time management with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritizing competing tasks \nAbility to understand clients’ business and fit with Crisis24 Integrated Risk Management products and services\nStrong interpersonal skills including oral and written communications\nExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and Help Desk Support Software\nBachelor’s degree required or relevant proven
