In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact, representing the firm’s compassionate and professional reputation. Your work will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and retention, as well as the firm’s overall growth and success. As an integral part of our team, you'll support, nurture, and guide clients through their legal journeys, ensuring every interaction is steeped in empathy, respect, and strategic acumen.\nWhat you’ll do:\nClient Engagement: Handle 10-15 intake calls daily for criminal and personal injury cases, ensuring each call is informative and engaging.\nConsultation Management: Conduct confident, consultative calls to qualify leads, build rapport, and convert interactions into signed cases.\nObjection Handling: Address pricing and payment plan concerns, offering solutions that align with client needs and firm policies.\n Follow-up Excellence: Send post-call follow-ups using firm videos and assets to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
