As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Specialist will conduct initial screenings, gather facts, and ensure prompt triage of cases, supporting our goal of holding employers accountable for wage violations. This position directly impacts our ability to deliver justice to employees, contributing significantly to the firm's reputation and success.
