The Signing Paralegal will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our legal processes.\nWhat you’ll do:\nClient Management: Guide clients through the signing process post-consultation, acting as their main point of contact.\nDocument Preparation: Review estate planning documents for accuracy and completeness at least two weeks before the signing appointment.\nAppointment Coordination: Conduct approximately four signing appointments per day, ensuring adherence to schedule while maintaining thoroughness.\nQuality Assurance: Identify and flag spelling, formatting, and other document inconsistencies before attorney final review, helping ensure documents are accurate and ready for signing.\nCommunication: Provide clear explanations of documents to clients, addressing questions and escalating legal issues to the attorney as needed.\nOffice Collaboration: Work closely with Kennewick's Front Desk Coordinator and visiting attorneys to maintain smooth operations.\nTravel Support: Occasionally travel to the Yakima office to provide additional support, with mileage reimbursed.\n\nWhat we’re looking for: \nRelevant Experience: Previous paralegal or legal experience is preferred, with estate planning experience considered a strong plus.
