Working alongside business and technical teams, you will create data assets, turn workflow tasks into reusable AI skills, and contribute to agent development.\nWhat you’ll learn and do\nBuild datasets and knowledge assets that power AI agents.\nClean, label and document data to ensure quality and usability.\nAnalyze business workflows with process owners.\nBreak workflows into tasks, rules and decision points.\nTranslate tasks into reusable AI skills and instructions.\nDesign and refine prompts for specific business needs.\nHelp build and configure agents for critical workflows.\nDefine guardrails, human approvals and escalation paths.\nCreate test cases and evaluate agent accuracy and reliability.\nImprove agents through feedback and share reusable best practices.\nWho You Are:\nStudying data science, engineering, computer science, business analytics or a related field.\nBasic proficiency in Python.\nFamiliarity with SQL and structured datasets.\nUnderstanding of data quality and documentation principles.\nInterest in LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation.\nAbility to break complex processes into clear, logical steps.\nClear writing skills for prompts, instructions and requirements.\nAnalytical mindset, attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.\nCurious, proactive and comfortable experimenting and learning.\nCollaborative, able to communicate across business and technical teams, and fluent in English.\nYou don’t need to tick every box-curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn matter.\nWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
