This role serves as the Compensation function's technical expert, combining advanced analytics, reporting, data visualization, compensation technology, and equity administration to deliver scalable decision support, operational excellence, and actionable workforce insights.\nThe position will be based in Gurgaon, India.\nShift Hours : 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST\nDevelop advanced analytical models supporting workforce planning, compensation strategy, scenario planning, executive reporting, and enterprise compensation analytics.\n\nBuild dashboards and executive reporting providing insights into pay positioning, market competitiveness, internal equity, compression, compensation investments, and workforce trends.\n\nDevelop recurring executive dashboards and KPI reporting supporting Compensation leadership and executive decision making.\n\nPerform statistical analyses supporting pay equity, salary structures, geographic differentials, merit budgets, promotional increases, and other compensation initiatives.\n\nTranslate complex compensation data into actionable business insights and recommendations.\n\nServe as the functional expert for compensation reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization using Workday reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and future technologies.\n\nPartner with HRIS to improve reporting automation, data quality, integrations, workflows, and compensation technology capabilities.\n\nSupport administration of Criteo's global equity programs in partnership with the Equity Specialist.\n\nLead grant reporting, reconciliations, data validation, employee communications, and operational controls.\n\nDevelop reporting, dashboards, and analytics supporting equity utilization, participation, vesting, burn rate, dilution, grant history, forecasting, share reserve management, and overall program effectiveness.\n\nBuild analytical models supporting equity planning, share reserve management, and grant forecasting.\n\nSupport annual equity grant cycles, new hire grants, promotional grants, retention awards, and other equity related processes.\n\nPartner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure efficient administration and governance.\n\nContinuously improve equity administration processes through automation, reporting enhancements, documentation, and operational excellence.\n\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of Criteo's global compensation programs and annual compensation processes.\n\nPartner with the Compensation Manager, Broad-Based Compensation by providing analytical support, modeling, reporting, and data validation throughout annual compensation cycles.\n\nProvide operational support and business continuity across compensation processes as needed.\n\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or another quantitative discipline.\n\n5-7 years of progressive compensation experience within a global organization.\n\nStrong experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple countries and regions preferred.\n\nExperience with equity administration or employee equity programs preferred.\n\nAdvanced compensation modeling experience.\n\nStrong experience working with large data sets.\n\nExperience with Workday or other HRIS systems.\n\nExperience working in multinational organizations preferred.\n\nExperience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.\n\nStrong analytical modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations.\n\nExceptional attention to data governance and reporting accuracy.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.\n\nStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset with passion for automation and simplifying process optimization.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver accurate and scalable compensation and equity solutions.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced, global environment.\n\nWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
