This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who wants to grow in a dynamic tech environment, work closely with stakeholders, and progressively build exposure to a broad range of IT-related categories.\nYou will partner with teams across Tech, Internal IT, Finance, Security, Legal and business functions to support sourcing initiatives, negotiations, supplier management and continuous improvement projects.\nThe exact scope will be defined jointly based on business priorities and the successful candidate’s experience. It will be centered around categories such as R&D, Internal IT and Corporate Software. In addition, the role will lead and manage selected subcategories within this perimeter.\nThis is also a great moment to join: Criteo is actively progressing on its ARCH finance modernization journey, including its Source-to-Pay transformation. The person in this role will actively contribute to that evolution and help shape better ways of working across Procurement, Finance and the business. Time of change!\nYour mission\nSupport the definition and execution of sourcing strategies across a portfolio of technology-related categories, in close partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.\nLead or contribute to sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations and supplier selection, with a focus on service, value for money and risk management.\nBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Internal IT, Finance, Security, Legal and other business teams in order to understand needs and support sound procurement decisions.\nLead and manage selected subcategories, with clear ownership of sourcing activity, supplier follow-up and action plans.\nContribute to the broader category roadmap across R&D, Internal IT and Corporate Software, with a scope that will be defined jointly over time.\nHelp manage supplier relationships with key partners to improve performance, accountability and collaboration.\nUse spend data, market intelligence and KPIs to support category analysis and identify improvement opportunities.\nContribute to Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay improvement initiatives, especially in the context of the ongoing ARCH finance modernization program.\nManage several projects in parallel with good prioritization, structure and a collaborative mindset.\nWhat makes this role exciting\nA real category management role with tangible exposure to Criteo’s technology ecosystem.\nA broad and evolving scope, with room to learn, grow and progressively take ownership.\nA chance to work on meaningful procurement topics while being part of a wider company transformation.\nA hands-on environment where ideas, curiosity and continuous improvement are valued.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Procurement, including supplier management, contract management, negotiations and/or tendering activities.\nExposure to software, technology services and/or IT-related categories; experience in Internal IT, Corporate Software or R&D-related environments is a plus.\nA solid procurement foundation and the willingness to keep learning and growing in category management.\nGood stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across functions.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel in a structured way.\nInterest in technology and AI, digital tools and market trends.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\nA proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the right level of humility, autonomy and ownership.\nGood command of Excel and PowerPoint.\nWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
