You’ll sit at the intersection of machine learning, data, and product, helping us measure and predict the causal impact of our advertising, and directly influence how our products perform at scale.\nIf you’re excited by incrementality, experimentation, and large-scale ML systems, this role is for you.\nYour role at a glance :\nAnalyze the causal impact of Criteo’s advertising campaigns using experiments, third-party data, and advanced measurement techniques\n\nDevelop machine learning models to predict causal impact and influence our bidding strategies\n\nDesign and build multi-stage data pipelines, processing terabytes of data every day\n\nContribute to tooling for A/B test analysis, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign and product performance\n\nCollaborate closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to bring research into production\n\nActively contribute to a strong scientific and engineering culture, sharing best practices and new ideas\n\nWho You Are:\nYou hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field\n\nYou possess at least 5 years of experience as a ML Engineer or Data Scientist/ Researcher\n\nYou have hands-on development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.)\n\nYou are skilled in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large-scale datasets, ideally in a Hadoop-based environment\n\nExperience with both classical and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques is a strong plus\n\nYou are fluent in English and comfortable working in international, multicultural teams\n\nYou are curious, rigorous, and motivated by problems where science, product, and business impact meet\n\nWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
