Making the most out of the core user platform that underpins authentication, collaboration, communication, and user experience on a specific product. You will be the link between those who build the platform and those who use it, contributing to both.\nThe teamworkson end-to-end systems spanning backend services and modern web interfaces, ensuring scalability, consistency, and usability across the platform.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTechnical Leadership\nDefine architecture strategy and long-term technical roadmap.\n\nCollaborate with engineers, understandrequirements,and propose solutions.\n\nDrive adoption of standards and best practices across engineering teams.\n\nTeam Leadership\nManage and grow a team of 4 engineers.\n\nSupport career development, mentoring, and hiring.\n\nFoster a strong engineering culture focused on trust,quality,and collaboration.\n\nCore User Platform\nCo-design and build systems for user accounts, self-registration, identity, and permissions.\n\nDevelop collaboration and team management capabilities.\n\nEnsure consistency and reusability of platform services across different teams.\n\nFull-Stack Engineering\nDevelop end-to-end features using Angular and C#.\n\nDesign scalable APIs and backend services powering user interactions.\n\nEnsure high-quality UI/UX aligned with product and design teams.\n\nPlatform Quality & Engineering Culture\nMaintain strong architectural consistency across systems.\n\nImprove performance, scalability, and reliability of core platform components.\n\nContribute to CI/CD, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.\n\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams.\n\nTechEnvironment:.NET, C#,TypeScript, Angular\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n6+ years of experience building and scaling web applications.\n\nSolid experience in backend development using C#,Javaor Python, ideally complemented by a good command of modern front-end frameworks (Angular or equivalent).\n\nStrong understanding of scalable system design and API architecture.\n\nFocus on users,communication,and clean system design.\n\nAbility to simplify complex problems into elegant, maintainable solutions.\n\nCollaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams.\n\nCuriosity and drive to continuously improve engineering practices.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nProven ability to lead and mentor engineers in a full-stack or platform team.\n\nExperience collaborating closely with other softwareengineers'teams\n\nAbility to define technical vision and drive adoption of standards across multiple teams.\n\nStrong communicationskills with the ability to influence technical decisions across an organization.\n\nWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
