This is a chance to help a growing company create the future of grid-scale battery storage while leveraging the latest automation tools that can minimize time-to-market.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for the build and inspection process for the mechanical assemblies and systems integration across the Critical Loop product lines\n\nDevelop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes and subsequent work instructions to meet all design and business requirements, including safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery\n\nCollaborate with other engineers, subject matter experts, and technicians to solve both internal and customer production challenges\n\nWork with product engineering team to evaluate designs for manufacturability and implementation in a rapidly evolving production environment\n\nResolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement root cause corrective actions\n\nIdentify, plan, and execute capital equipment, machine, and layout upgrades to meet our growing production demand\n\nDevelop and refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis to ensure on-time product delivery to our customers\n\nMust-Haves\nBachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering\n\n5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production\n\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with the build, assembly, or integration of mixed electro-mechanical assemblies\n\nKnowledge of mechanical / hardware systems manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment including welding, fastening, drilling, bonding and inspection verifications.\n\nMechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis experience using 3D CAD software\n\nExperience with design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA)\n\nExperience transition complex products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing in a fast-paced environment\n\nExperience writing work instructions and procedures\n\nWork Authorization: Critical Loop does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
