Automate repetitive work\nFind manual, repeatable tasks our office and field teams do every day (data entry, report pulls, follow-ups, reconciliations) and automate them start to finish.\n\nWe will record a before-and-after time baseline for each automation so the value is clear.\n\n2. Put AI into complex workflows\nBuild AI support for tasks that need judgment but can have pieces of it automated. For example: an agent that watches our inventory tracker, prepares order forms, and alert the manager when it's time to reorder.\n\nRun automatic, regular reviews of our suppliers and flag better pricing elsewhere.\n\nStreamline government proposal and commercial bidding processes to increase capacity\n\n3. Build real-time scorekeeping and analytics\nBuild a live scorecard for the whole business: every market, every team, every individual. We track many metrics for many teams now, but this can be improved, expanded on, and automated.\n\nAutomate score reports so every team and every person gets their numbers on a regular schedule without anyone having to ask.\n\nImprove level of detail available in our lead attribution and marketing ROI dashboard\n\nSet up triggers that alert managers right away when a metric or team member is underperforming or overperforming, so we can coach early and recognize wins quickly.\n\n4. Run agent-driven outreach\nDesign and run AI-assisted outreach to potential commercial customers (property managers, HOAs, facilities teams, and similar) and to potential acquisition targets.\n\nBuild lead lists, enrichment, personalized sequences, and handoff to our team, all within CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and platform rules.\n\nRequirements\nHands on experience doing the exact type of work that is described above. We want this team member to hit the ground running and grow their current knowledge with changing tools and capabilities. We are not training this hire from scratch.\n\nExperience building agents and workflows from scratch, not just chat.\n\nShare a portfolio or screen recording of at least 2 systems you’ve built, with the results they produced. This will be one of the main factors in our hiring decision.\n\nStrong spreadsheet and data analytics skills.
