This role serves as a key partner to regional Finance, Tax, Treasury, Shared Services, and external advisors, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with Dutch accounting and tax requirements, and timely financial reporting in accordance with both local regulatory requirements and US GAAP. The position reports to the Regional Finance Controller (or Director, Finance) and is a member of the EMEA Finance organization. Based on the Crocs Leadership Blueprint, the role demonstrates leadership through Grow, Connect, Achieve, Innovate, and Think behaviors.\n\nOpportunities to grow in a collaborative environment that values innovation and competitive benefits.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring financial accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both local accounting requirements and US GAAP.\n\n Manage statutory accounting, Dutch VAT compliance, corporate tax support, annual financial statements, and relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.\n\n Communicate financial results, key accounting matters, risks, and insights to regional and global finance stakeholders while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.\n\n Maintain balance sheet integrity through timely account reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, lease accounting, and financial controls.\n\n Track financial performance, investigate variances, analyze trends, and provide recommendations that support informed business decisions.\n\n Lead process improvement initiatives by leveraging SAP, reporting tools, and automation opportunities to create scalable and efficient accounting processes.\n\n Partner with Tax, Treasury, Payroll, HR, and business teams to ensure compliance with Dutch regulatory requirements and internal control standards.\n\n Demonstrate Crocs Leadership Blueprint behaviors by continuously seeking improvement opportunities, building trusted partnerships, delivering results, driving innovation, and exercising strong financial judgment.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Table\n\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
