If you enjoy solving complex problems, analyzing data, and turning regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, this role is for you.\nStarting Salary -\n$21.00 - $30.00/hr. dependent on previous experience\nHours -\nMonday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.\nAbout The Job -\nSupports the Bank’s enterprise-wide compliance program with a focus on lending compliance regulations, including but not limited to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). This role ensures adherence to applicable laws and regulations by conducting reviews, providing guidance, supporting reporting, and assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance programs. Level assignment (II or III) is based on experience, knowledge, independence, and scope of responsibility.\nEssential Job Duties -\nConduct independent loan compliance reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies\nAnalyze loan documentation to determine CRA and HMDA applicability and accuracy\nPerform CRA and HMDA data analysis and assist with required reporting\nIdentify control deficiencies and recommend corrective action\nRespond to business unit inquiries regarding lending compliance requirements\nAssist in development and maintenance of policies and procedures\nCollaborate with departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations\nSupport regulatory examinations and internal audits\nAssist in training staff on lending compliance topics\nMaintain a high level of integrity and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information.\nComplies with and maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
