Expected to provide exceptional customer service and recommend appropriate customer solutions with knowledge of CCB products and services in a virtual space (over phone, instant messaging chat feature, etc.)\nCore Hours -\nMonday - Friday 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.*\nSaturday per rotation**\n*Opening (7:45am) and closing (6:00pm) hours on rotation\n**Full day off during the week when working Saturday\n***Hours may vary depending on workload\nEssential Job Duties -\nProficient in Helping Good People Make Good Decisions, virtually.\nActively discovers needs and proactively recommends appropriate products and service\nMeets or exceeds sales goals set forth\nTracks and reports completed sales and referrals\nWorks with one customer at a time and transitions service requests into fulfilling financial needs\nUtilizes financial biographies to enhance customer relationships and facilitate future financial needs\n\nMaintains knowledge of CCB products and services while seeking opportunities to develop customer relationships. Actively identifies sales opportunities for CCB partners. \nMaintains thorough knowledge of consumer and business products and services\nIs fluent in all digital products\nRecommends and identifies revisions on all deposit products and services\nProcesses IRA accounts including transfers and rollovers\nUnderstands the competition\nActively seeks opportunities to refer customers to appropriate CCB partners\n\nDemonstrates peer leadership and provides guidance and training. \nWorks closely with manager on the momentum of sales initiatives\nAbility to lead and positively motivate team of peers\n\nComplies with and maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. \nCompletes assigned compliance training essential to job function.\nPunctual and regular attendance is required.\nRequirements -\nA high school diploma\n1-3 years of prior banking experience\nMust possess excellent judgement and decision making skills\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to present a professional image\nAbility to exercise sound judgement in resolving customer and employee issues\nMaintains a high level of confidentiality\nPosition requires time management and ability to multi-task\nStay current with bank technology\nWho We Are -\nCommunity Relationships are our priority, and our team here at Croghan Colonial Bank strives to help our communities have the most successful banking relationship possible.
