The CSS is responsible for supporting and maintaining maximum accuracy in the project information life cycle from Business Development, Estimating, Budgeting, Contract/Proposal coordination through to preliminary project setup with handoff to the billing department.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nCRM (Deltek VantagePoint) project status updates/project assignments.\nAssist with team coordination of project tracking and preliminary setup, ensuring accuracy of project details.\nWork directly with Estimating to ensure accurate budgets are sent to Billing for entry.\nUse of Accounting system (Deltek Costpoint) for Prelim set-ups, project review, and project status.\nPrepare change orders and budget adjustments for Billing.\nAssist in SOP updates as needed.\nForward any contracts or change order documents received through project support where Risk department is not copied on the communication.\nSet up job folders with accurate numbering system.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAS Degree, or 5+ years of related experience, in finance, accounting, construction management, engineering or related fields. \nStrong / Advanced MS Excel skills. \nStrong Computer / File Management skills. \nPrior Experience with Accounting and/or CRM software systems.\nMS Word or similar product experience.\nOther requirements:\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.\nStrong analytical skills.\nPrior team or department management experience.\nPreferred Qualification:\nConstruction or HVAC / Mechanical industry experience.\nHighly accurate data processing experience.\nEEO Statement: CROM, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer who may provide reasonable accommodation to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
